Nu Screen Ltd is a family owned business who specialise in Plant, Vehicle and Argicultural glass. We have been established for over 25 years and have been working very hard to keep to our set high standards.
With our expertise we can supply and fit windscreens for you with a minimum of fuss at a price you can afford.
Shattered windscreens, broken side windows on your car, lorry or plant – these problems occur every day on our roads. We will guarantee any glass work it has supplied and fitted against leaks and stress cracks. However, should you
have any problems with the product you receive then we will resolve it as soon as possible.
If you are fully comprehensive then there you have nothing to pay (subject to excess and VAT). Nu Screen Ltd have direct billing facilitates with most major insurance companies.

structural glass
We offer glass for internal and external applications such as room dividers, corridors, balconies and staircases. We have a range of systems which include fully adjustable and re-locatable, grout free and framed or frameless. Our flexible range of glass balustrade is easily adaptable for most project requirements.
The versatility of structural glass has contributed to its popularity. Not only can it be applied to both the interior and exterior, the glass could be sculptured, cut, laminated, curved, textured and illuminated. . Often applied directly over existing architecture to remodel older buildings–as well as in new construction–a veneer of pigmented structural glass had the ability to define a building’s architectural character as new and up-to-date.
plant glass
Plant glass can range from car and lorry windscreens to JCB diggers.
Our Windscreen replacement service is available throughout Ireland. We replace broken, damaged and smashed screens. Our specialised fitters will replace your glass at a time and place convenient to you. We also take care of the insurance claim from start to finish ensuring that the customer gets the best possible experience with a minimum of fuss.
Our main types of plant glass would be:
Laminated – this is safety glass that holds together when shattered. In the event of breaking, it is held in place by an interlayer, thus preventing the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces. This is normally used when there is a possibility of human impact or where the glass could fall if shattered.
Toughened or tempered – this is processed by controlled thermal treatments to increase its strength. If broken, it will crumble into small granular chunks rather than sharp jagged shards. These granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.
kitchens
Glass splashbacks are toughened glass panels with polished edges. They can be coloured to give an opaque, stunning finish which makes them very popular as an alternative to tiles and worktops.
They can be produced in large sizes which makes it very suitable for wet areas like kitchens and bathrooms, as they require no grouting, are completely flat and very easy to clean.
All of the glass splashbacks we produce are made in house. This means we have control over quality and lead times and allows us to provide a quick turnaround with finished to the highest quality. As well as manufacturing all glass in our own factory, we also mix all paints ensuring you get a perfect colour match every time..
staircases
We design staircases to fit all purposes, this includes inside, outside and office stairways. All glass can me made to fit areas and glass is toughened for safety. For more images visit the Interior section in our gallery
